You may have seen Yvonne from Red Hot Spatula at a market in and around Perth. They have a range of curry and laksa pastes on their menu. The Laksa Paste has a good lemongrass and coriander backbone. When adding the stock you might like to start with 500ml and build from there to achieve the consistency of soup that you prefer. We also added tomatoes, red onion, broccoli and snow peas to our mix. Pour this lovely laksa over the Yunion cooked noodles and serve.
