This EVOO is a blend of frantoia, koroneiki, manzanillo and leccino varieties from Mount Barker. This is a well balanced, golden / green oil that presents a herbaceous and fruity nose.

This is an oil to enjoy on its own drizzled over your favourite Summer salad, maybe with a splash of Balsamic or Verjuice. Plunge your favourite sourdough into this golden pond and add your freshly ground Dukkah to add to the experience.
