The Farm House’s ‘Big Red’ pigs range freely amidst vineyards, streams and weeping peppermint trees in the Margaret River region. Feeding on ground legumes, grasses, roots and grubs, the pigs’ natural diet gives a dark red and full flavoued meat. A creation of Farm House chef (and former NZ Masterchef contestant) Matt Gilray, this bacon is cured with local honey and then smoked with cherrywood.

Mmm … bacon.
