This spreadable curd style cheese is popular in Northern Europe has a smooth texture and is more mild than the Ringwould Blanc. It is great with fruit and vegetables and in Germany quark is used as the main ingredient in making a cheesecake. Made by John and Toni on their Redmond farm in The Great Southern this is another wonderful cheese in their artisan range.

Quark is low in fat, high in protein and a very light digestive.
