Product Description

Quince is a strange fruit. Knobbly, hairy and completely inedible when ripe; the ugly stepsister of the pear turns a deep ruby colour when cooked. This spreadable paste combines to sweet pear and floral flavours of the quince with a chilli heat that lingers. Combine with oat crackers and cheese for a simple canapé.
