Juliet Bateman and husband David Schober produce cheese at Yereeyarrup Farm, north of Albany. Their first fetas rolled out of the kitchen almost ten years ago and now through hard work and many frequent driver points (Albany to Perth return every weekend for various Farmers Markets) they have increased the variety and range of cheeses they make. In the Tasting Box we have the Starry Night Camembert, a creamy Camembert that will mature and ripen to be ready for eating 10 days from the best by date. Watch this space as we will no doubt return to sample their Chevre or hard cheeses in future Boxes.
