This is the perfect way for Truffle virgins to experience this unique black subterranean tuber. To release the flavours simply dollop on to a cooked steak just prior to eating or when finishing a fillet of fish add as you turn off the pan, melt and pour sauce over the fish to serve. Or add a dessert spoonful to mashed potato and serve. Do not over cook as the flavour will be lost, add just prior to eating.
