This is a soft style smoked chorizo, made from pork and beef with a mild chilli heat and paprika. The skin is easily removed for preparation and cooking. Can be prepared in the traditional way by BBQing with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Try in a Sugo di Salsiccia e Pomodoro to add flavour and depth or make a potato and chorizo filling for wheat-flour tortillas.
