Since 2005 the Togno family have been bottling organic milk and making organic cheese at Treeton, just east of Cowaramup. We choose their cheddar for this box as it was a perfect cheese to go with the Pickled Grapes and Mango Chutney. The Crumble has the strength of flavour to compete with and complement other strong flavours and still stand tall. Gives bite to any cheese board or extra flavour to a Winter toasted cheese sanger.
