This is the best bacon in WA. That’s a big call but there is just something about this long, lean rindless bacon. Perhaps it’s the fresh air at Killara farm, perhaps it’s the 36% brine solution or the Jarrah they use for smoking .. whatever it is, let’s hope they keep the bringing the bacon!
