Most of you will have tried Japanese Dumplings (Gyoza) before but probably nothing like these little gems from Jackies Cooking. Roy has created at a unique recipe with a commitment to quality ingredients; his dumplings are packed with meat, fresh vegetables and Roy uses oats rather than corn starch to bind everything together. The result is a tasty and satisfying hors d’oeuvre for guests or meal on it’s own.
