Product Description

Chris Vogel is of Swiss decent and luckily for us he purchased a dairy farm near Denmark in 1993. Since then he has gone about steadily increasing his cheese making knowledge and and now makes both soft cheese (camembert and Brie) and semi hard washed rind cheeses.
