In November 2007, deep in the heart of Western Australia’s Great Southern, a tiny Cheeserie and mirco dairy quietly began producing organic cheeses using only time honoured traditional methods. Gradually their herd size and cheese range has expanded to produce fresh yoghurts, creamy Fettas, luscious Camembert and a decadent Triple Cream Brie. Now several years later, Over the Moon Organic have earned the reputation of producing some of Western Australia’s finest organic cow milk cheeses.
