Borne from Jane’s passion for cheesemaking and Bruce’s experience in sheep farming, Cambray Sheep Cheese is a true family business, with son Tom and partner Emma all busy in the dairy.

Cambray Sheep Cheese is situated in the Blackwood valley in Nannup, the heart of the Southwest. All cheeses are handcrafted on-farm using age old techniques to create a unique range of quality multi-award winning ewes milk cheese.
