Beersine

/bi(e)r’zen/Noun:

1. A style or method of cooking especially as characteristic of a particular grain, hop or yeast.

2. Food cooked in a certain way: “sampling the local beersine”

Beersine cheese is made using local cheddar and an American style pale ale. The hop characteristics shine through the creaminess of the cheddar giving a nice bight to the flavour. Serve with Beersine hop honey, green apple and crusty sourdough.

Beersine uses locally sourced produce and combines it with all things in a brewery. From spent grains, malt, yeast, wort and beer we make a range of small goods, sauces and cheese.
